The BCSC also required Powertech to disclose that it has not conducted independent preliminary feasibility studies for either the Centennial or Dewey-Burdock projects.

Note: These are the regulations Powertech must follow with
respect to public disclosure of information about the Centennial
and Dewey Burdock projects. For instance, when Powertech
publishes its estimate that the Centennial Project contains 9.7
million pounds of uranium, it must generally discuss "the extent
to which the estimate of mineral
resources or mineral reserves may be materially affected by any
known environmental, permitting, legal, title, taxation,
socio-political, marketing, or other relevant issues."
