Other drillers hired by Powertech include Drilling Engineers, Inc. of Fort Collins (Phone: 970-484-9277) and Ingram Drilling Inc. of Estes Park (Phone: 800-410-4542). Ingram and Drilling Engineers are licensed by the Colorado Division of Water Resouces to construct wells, but Davis Drilling is not included on the latest (June 21, 2007) list of licensed drilling contractors published by the CDWR.
